let me introduce myself
Kris is a Certified Health Coach and founder of a private coaching practice dedicated to helping clients reach their health and fitness goals. She focuses on busy women who are trying to find balance in work, life, kids and the precious commodity of time! She helps her clients with their goals of weight loss, exercise, cooking and forming life habits that will help them eat healthy, reduce stress, age well and increase their energy to live their “whole life”. As a mom and former corporate executive, Kris understands the stress of balancing a crazy schedule and is passionate about meeting clients where they are and guiding them to reach their goals.
Prior to coaching, Kris held positions with Citibank and MasterCard. At Citibank, she managed complex operational global projects for the commercial cards products line for 2 years and large global client relationships with Fortune 500 clients for 13 years. When she became pregnant in 2008, Kris became more interested in health and nutrition and how that impacts our lives. She completed her nutrition studies with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2015 and started her own practice at the end of 2015. While she is a native of the northwest and graduate of the University of Washington, she has also lived in New York City for 10 years and has traveled the world on her own and with her family. She lives with her husband and two young girls in West Seattle and enjoys being in her local community. She volunteers at her daughter’s school, at a local cooking kitchen and is a co-leader for local Girl Scout troop. In addition, she serves as a Program Manager for AIESEC, a global non-profit student leadership and exchange program found in 133 countries and locally here at the UW.
